How do I get my Neitra Love?
For online orders, local Vancouver, BC customers can choose the "Free Pick Up" option at checkout and collect from our studio. If you're re-filling let us know in the NOTES section to schedule your visit. Otherwise, your package is sent using UPS or Canada Post's Expedited Parcel option. We'll send you tracking information automatically once it ships so you can follow it's journey! (More SHIPPING cost questions.)
What if something doesn't work for me?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed and while we expect you're going to LOVE our products and how they perform for you. If something doesn't work, simply contact us for a refund of product cost within 30 days of purchase.
